McAdam has undertaken the role of Project Manager / Employer Representative for the Willows Project which involved the construction of 96 residential units for general needs housing consisting of 24 town houses and 72 apartments and associated communal public open spaces.
As Employer’s Representative, McAdam undertook the role of Contract Administrator and oversaw the day to day operational management of the scheme which successfully finished on the November 2022.
This project was procured via a Design and Build procurement route.
