It’s International Women’s Day! Embracing this year’s theme #EmbraceEquity McAdam organised a 3hour Masterclass for women within the company titled “Speaking with Confidence” - enabling all voices in the room to be heard and to be inspired.
McAdam aim to encourage all our staff’s abilities, ideas, professionalism, negotiating and networking skills, but also recognise that sometimes women in construction do not feel confident or empowered to trust their instincts and have their voices heard. We are committed to supporting female members of staff to change that, to advance their careers within our company, and to be role models for others within the construction industry.
