In our continuing drive to support and train our younger staff members, McAdam took 21 young professionals for a site visit to Warrenpoint WWTW. Currently completing it's 28 day test the works was looking well, despite the rain and we learned how this works was upgraded in two Phases over the last few years. Our two PM's Michael McClean and Paul Kelly provided an informative tour around the site. After we dried off and got some lunch, the new staff members learnt about our Graduate Training and Support Programme whilst overlooking the beuatiful Carlingford Lough, reminding us all of the key outcomes of the Warrenpoint upgrade, improving and enhancing the water quality in the lough and facilitating growth and development of the region for residents and tourists.
