McAdam Senior Project Manager, Hannah Lambe, met with Year 13 students at Lismore Comprehensive School in Craigavon today to talk to them about Project Management and her journey into working within the Construction Sector.
Having joined McAdam earlier this year and completed her chartership in 2020, Hannah is currently working as PM on the £20m New Build Lismore Comprehensive School and took this opportunity to discuss the role of a PM within a construction project, the stages of their new build school from Inception to Completion and potential careers within the Construction Sector.
Hannah’s presentation to the students gave them an insight into what to expect when studying Project Management at University and the essential skills required to succeed in this type of role.
