NEC Contracts have recently selected NI Water's SWELL project to publish a case study showcasing the use of it's wide range of construction contracts and the flexibility and risk management that can be gained from a thorough understanding of the project requirements. McAdam supported NI Water in selecting the appropriate delivery models for 4 construction projects utilising existing framework arrangements, and developing a new ECI model which is now being implemented on their new 6 year PC21 capital delivery plan.
